- How long does it take to complete the diploma program?
Diploma program normally takes 30 months (2 ½ years) to complete.
- Is there any financial assistance provided to students?
There are 2 types of Loans: Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) and Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN).
- Do I need to buy a computer?
You are encouraged to own a computer. It is highly recommended because many of our classes are computer-based lessons. You are expected to complete your projects using computer. Your own computer will give you the flexibility to complete your assignments and projects at home rather than spending late hours in the lab. Most of your assignments and projects would require long hours of execution on the computer. If you cannot afford one, you will need to make use of the units available in our labs or in internet café through first-come-first-serve booking system.
- When can I use the computer labs?
Our labs are available for all student bookings after daily class sessions with permission and we also provided an internet café open from 8.30 am until 5.30 pm every working days.
- Are the assignments / project workloads heavy?
Assignment requirements are set to suit industry needs. Therefore, the type of practices set is practical and require concerted effort and adequate allocation of time for completion to achieve high quality results.
- How many students per class?
Total students are around 20 – 30 students per class.
- In what language are the lessons conducted?
We use English Language. However, the lecturer would normally help the student/s by providing some coaching in the class.
- Can a student use an evaluation provided by an employer as a reference?
The information contained in the evaluation is the personal information of the student and can be used by the student for any purpose.
- Does the college have a job placement service?
We make every effort to help place our students. Even though we try our best to get a job for students, while we maintain records of available positions and try to match our graduates to industrial area.
- Is there any public transportation to MCS?
Yes. We are easily accessible via public bus and taxi with the bus stop within 5-minutes walking distance from the college.
- Do you provide hostels for students?
Yes. Our hostel is located within walking distance about 3 minutes from College MCS. For hostel rules & regulations.
- What social activities do the college provides?
College MCS provide activities such as:
